"How do I use BigTracker?"
When you sign up with BigTracker, you are provided with HTML
code to put on your web pages.
Open your page with any web page editor and view the source
code. You will need to paste the BigTracker HTML somewhere
between <BODY .... > and </BODY> tags (usually
near the bottom of your page).
Save the modified page and then upload it to your server in
ASCII mode. You can add this code to any number of your pages
that you wish to monitor.
If you need your code again, you can select "Get HTML"
on the member logon page.
"Why doesn't it work?"
We recommended that you use a simple editor like notepad to add the code to your pages. Web page editors like Frontpage will sometimes change the code. The code must be added exactly as it looks on our "Get HTML" page.
"Why
does it look like BigTracker is not being updated according
to the time listed?"
BigTracker's customers are
all over the world (38 countries). Although hits are actually
registered minute by minute, the system clock is
set to GMT - 5 (USA Central time).
"Can
I use BigTracker on an adult site?"
No. We do not accept adult sites. If you add our logging to an adult site we will simply delete the account without notice..
