To use the BigTracker free service, you will be given some HTML code to put on pages you wish to track. The code will show a small banner box on your page and you agree to display this box on your pages in a place where a majority of visitors will see and notice the banner box.

Spam Free Privacy Policy: BigTracker does not use your email address for any other purpose than to occasionally communicate through an in-house newsletter offering new BigTracker services and sponsors. Your email address is not sold or rented to any other company.

You are allowed to create unlimited number of accounts, however an email address cannot be associated with more than one account. To use another account, you will need to use another email address.

You may cancel your participation at any time. Simply delete your account on the page you use to check your stats. BigTracker reserves the right to remove accounts for web sites that do not abide by this agreement, or to remove sites which receives less than 5 hits during any 3 day period.

You acknowledge and agree that your web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by BigTracker to create lists of member sites, lists of top sites, and to otherwise promote the service. BigTracker retains all ownership and all rights to this site content, logo, software, databases, reports, and information.

BigTracker's services are provided "AS IS". BigTracker makes no guarantee of availability of the WebStats program or the data and is held harmless in the event of loss or interruption of service of any kind.

BigTracker reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time. BigTracker does not accept adult sites.
